Content pack-out, cleaning & storage
Salvageable belongings may need to leave affected rooms so mitigation can proceed. We assess contents, pack and transport salvageable items to our warehouse, and number, photograph, and inventory each box.
Items are cleaned, packaged, and stored until the property is ready for their return. The inventory and records of non-salvageable items also help organize the contents portion of an insurance claim.

Can drying begin while a roof or pipe is leaking?
The active water source must be stopped before sustained drying and remediation can proceed. A roofer, plumber, or general contractor handles the source repair; we address the resulting damage.
Does a dry-looking floor mean the building is dry?
Not necessarily. Moisture can remain under flooring and inside wall cavities. Moisture mapping and material readings help determine where structural drying is still needed.
Does mitigation include rebuilding?
No. Our work focuses on containment, extraction, drying, cleaning, affected-material removal, and documentation. Permanent repair and reconstruction are handled by the appropriate contractor.
