Privacy Policy

This page explains how Gator Done LLC handles information submitted through this website. It is maintained by Gator Done LLC and describes our current practices.

Last updated: September 9, 2026

Effective for all information submitted to gatordonellc.com and related contact channels on or after the date above.

We keep this policy in plain English. In short: we only collect the information we need to answer your inquiry and complete your project, we don't sell it, and we share it only with the vendors and subcontractors that help us do the work — or when the law requires it.

1. Who We Are

Gator Done LLC ("Gator Done," "we," "us," or "our") is a Louisiana limited liability company providing fire, water, mold, and storm damage mitigation, remediation, contents, and related mitigation services to residential and commercial clients in Southwest Louisiana. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information submitted through this website and related contact channels (phone, text, and estimate request form).

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide directly. When you request an estimate, call, or text us, we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, project address or city, project type, and a description of the damage or work needed. If you choose to provide an email address, we collect that too.
  • Communications. When you call or text us, we retain the content of that communication so we can respond and keep a record of the project conversation.
  • Automatically collected technical data. When you visit our website, our hosting and analytics tools may automatically log basic information such as your device type, browser, approximate location (city/region derived from IP address), pages viewed, and referring page. This information is used in aggregate to understand site usage.
  • Project records. If we perform work for you, we keep standard project documentation such as contracts, invoices, change orders, photographs of the work in progress and at mitigation completion, and service records.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as government identifiers, financial account numbers, or health information) through this website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to:

  • Respond to estimate requests and general inquiries.
  • Schedule on-site consultations and prepare written estimates.
  • Provide, plan, schedule, and complete property mitigation services.
  • Communicate with you about your project — including scheduling, materials, change orders, invoicing, and warranty items.
  • Improve our website, service offerings, and customer experience.
  • Comply with our legal, tax, and contractual obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Form Submissions & Delivery

When you submit our estimate request form, the information is transmitted to our team using a third-party email delivery provider so we can receive it reliably and call or text you back. If you provide an email address, a copy of your submission is also emailed back to you as a confirmation. These messages are stored in our standard business inbox and treated as customer correspondence.

The fastest way to reach us is by phone or text at (337) 884-9777.

5. Sharing With Third Parties

We share information only with people and companies that need it to help us respond to you or complete your project, and only for those purposes. Categories include:

  • Subcontractors and vendors — for example, mitigation specialists, contents handlers, licensed subs, and material providers who need enough information to help complete the requested work.
  • Service providers — website hosting, form processing, and analytics providers that operate our infrastructure under confidentiality obligations.
  • Professional advisors — attorneys, accountants, and insurers when needed to manage our business and legal obligations.
  • Legal requirements — courts, regulators, or law enforcement when we are required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers — a successor entity if Gator Done LLC is ever acquired, merged, or reorganized.

6. Cookies & Analytics

This website may use cookies, local storage, and standard web analytics (such as page-view logs) to understand how visitors use the site and to keep the site running smoothly. These tools may collect information such as pages visited, time on page, and referring website.

You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may limit certain features of the site — for example, your form entries may not be remembered if you navigate away and come back.

7. Data Retention

We retain project inquiries for as long as reasonably needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation. If your inquiry becomes an active project, we retain related project records (contracts, invoices, photos, and warranty documentation) for the length of time required to service the warranty and to satisfy tax, accounting, and legal record-keeping obligations.

We do not retain information longer than we reasonably need it. Website analytics data is retained in aggregate form as configured within the analytics tool.

8. How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information submitted through this website, including HTTPS encryption in transit and access-controlled business systems. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

9. Your Choices & Rights

You can, at any time:

  • Ask us what information we have on file about you.
  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
  • Ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep for legal, accounting, or warranty reasons.
  • Opt out of non-essential messages from us by asking to be removed.

To make any of these requests, contact us using the details in the Contact section below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party sites, such as our social media profiles or supplier pages. This Privacy Policy applies only to gatordonellc.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites, and we encourage you to review their policies before providing any information.

11. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for how these signals should be interpreted, this website does not currently respond differently to them.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our services, or applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on this page for a reasonable period so you can review them.
